A one-day wellness, resilience and leadership workshop for business leaders. Five-part WEL journey: The Seed, The Nurture, The Path, WELMind, WELJourney. Understand the wellbeing predicament — rising stress, obesity, burnout and why leadership wellness matters. Learn the WEL model around inflammation, lifestyle change and the foundations of lasting wellbeing. Practise the shift with practical actions around nutrition, self-care and healthier daily habits. Leave with clearer personal priorities and renewed energy.
The WEL Programme
A five-part wellness and self-mastery journey. Part 1: Foundations of Wellness — health context, stress, healing, habit change. Part 2: Nurturing Your Life — nutrition, sugar, fats, vitamin D, the microbiome. Part 3: Closing the Living Gap — needs versus wants, the drain cycle, the shift from autopilot to awareness. Part 4: Breaking Free from Your Maps — observing thoughts, reducing anxiety, building freedom from limiting storylines. Part 5: Journeying into the Future — relapse awareness, storm planning, reflective practice and a personal WEL prescription.
