From frustration to fulfilment: a peer-based programme for charity and social enterprise leaders.

Sustainable Growth Programme structure: 12 masterclasses across three practical parts. Part One, Foundations of Sustainability (sustainable success, vision and goal setting, ideal clients, financial sustainability). Part Two, Leading Through Growth (purposeful leadership and delegation, mission-driven team, operational excellence, emotional intelligence). Part Three, Building a Resilient Culture (resilience, entrepreneurial culture, board and network, sustaining growth).

The Sustainable Growth Programme is a chance to step off the treadmill, reconnect to your core purpose and reimagine a sustainable future for your organisation. Over twelve masterclasses you join a small peer cohort of charity and social enterprise leaders to find the clarity, confidence and tools to turn anxiety into assurance, financial strain into sustainable revenue, and operational uncertainty into purposeful growth. The programme was designed by social entrepreneurs for social entrepreneurs in partnership with ESEN and GSEN.

Navigational Conversations

A two-day experiential programme that gives leaders a clear, repeatable structure for coaching the people they lead.

Navigational Conversations programme overview: a leader's guide to coaching across two days and four modules. Day One covers The Principles of a Coaching Approach and The Navigational Conversations Coaching Process. Day Two covers Deepening the Coaching Model and The Art of Telling. Participants build team capacity, reduce dependency, lead clear coaching conversations, improve buy-in and accountability, enhance clarity and ownership, and deliver feedback with confidence.

Many leaders become the “go-to problem solver”, and over time it becomes a bottleneck. Decisions escalate upward, people wait for answers and performance conversations get put off. Navigational Conversations helps leaders shift from solving problems to developing problem-solvers, bringing a coaching approach into everyday leadership conversations so people take more ownership, think more clearly and move into action with greater commitment. The programme combines the fundamental principles of coaching with extensive practice using real everyday workplace situations brought by participants.
