A peer-based leadership development experience for charity and social enterprise leaders. 12 masterclasses covering all 3 pillars, 6-10 organisations per cohort. Core promise: move leaders from overwhelm and financial fragility to clarity, confidence and resilience.

Core topics include vision and goal setting, client insight, financial sustainability, delegation, team development, operational excellence, emotional intelligence, resilience, innovation, board leverage and a clear 3-year / 1-year / 90-day plan.

Helping leaders shift from solving problems to developing problem-solvers. Build team capacity by turning everyday conversations into coaching moments.
